Delete your account & data

You can delete your Moodrate account and all associated data at any time. Most of your data already lives only on your device — these steps also remove anything stored in the cloud.

Delete everything from inside the app (fastest)

Open Moodrate and go to Settings → Delete all data, then type DELETE to confirm. This erases your on-device data and, if you signed in, your cloud backup and account. You can also use Settings → Account → Disconnect to sign out and remove the on-device copy.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account and cloud backup. Please use the subject line “Account deletion”.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account, your cloud backup, and the boards you own (which removes them for anyone you shared them with). For boards shared with you, your access is removed; the owner’s board is unaffected. Deletion is processed promptly, with no waiting period, and nothing is retained afterward except where the law requires.

On-device data is always removed by deleting the data in the app or by uninstalling.
